Welcome to the Crown of Texas Hospice Foundation
Welcome to the Crown of Texas Hospice Foundation, a place of care and compassion for patients and families navigating the challenges of Hospice. Since June 1991, we have been dedicated to supporting and uplifting the lives of patients and their loved ones. Our foundation takes a whole heart approach, providing financial assistance, bereavement support, volunteer activities, and educational programs.
We understand that Hospice care goes beyond medical needs, and we’re here to fill the gaps. Our aim is to help with various expenses that may arise, such as clothing, rent, food, and transportation, ensuring a better quality of life for patients and their families.
When patients are going through the hospice journey, our entire goal is to be sure every day is filled with care, comfort, and emotional support.
Our goal is to honor their journey, ease their burdens, and provide a sense of peace and connection. Whether it’s through financial help, support during grief, volunteer involvement, or educational initiatives, we are committed to make every moment count. We want families and patients in hospice to feel loved, and supported, and be able to find peace.
